Job description
With over 26 years of experience, I specialise in crafting contemporary netsuke (focusing on the Ryusa style, Shishiaibori, Katabori), okimono and miniature Baroque-style sculpture. I'm combining European aesthetic elements with traditional Japanese materials and lacquer techniques. I use fossilized mammoth tusk, moose antler, boxwood, amber and traditional Japanese lacquer techniques, Maki-e.
