The topic for our next meeting will be"Auspicious Symbols in Netsuke." For our next gathering, you are invited to bring netsuke that represent auspicious symbols or symbols of good luck. There are a many subjects that would be suitable. Here are just a few examples: Hotei or any of the seven gods of good fortune, Daruma dolls, koi and cranes. I will talk a little about some of the auspicious symbols in Japan. Everyone is invited to join in the discussion.

Also, if you have netsuke about which you have any questions or which you think might be of interest to our members, please brings any of those, as well.

I hope you will bring some netsuke, but whether you do or not, everyone is welcome to come to our meeting.
